Going back to the distant year of 1987, Miguel Arias was invited to transform the Bar del Puerto, located in the then recently inaugurated Puerto Portals.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was an important gap in the port’s commercial offerings for people who came to visit with their boats, and he was able to see it. Arriving in Portals, people wanted to have breakfast, a good coffee and read the press quietly on dry land. That is why Flanigan started offering breakfast, a tradition that he maintains and which means that he continues to be open every day and at all hours, so that customers can find the service they are looking for at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n
